OfficeTeam is actively seeking a Human Resources Assistant for multiple opportunities in the Eugene / Springfield Area! The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a human resources department as needed, will be passionate about helping people, and will have a good team-player attitude! The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with HR responsibilities such as workers #146; benefits and comp, payroll support, and general reporting and communication duties. The HR Assistant must be organized and feel comfortable working in fast-paced environment where confidentiality is required. Interest or experience in real estate is a plus! Job Duties: - Responding to administrative inquiries relating to accruals, benefits, W2s, reviews, and disciplinary actions - Administering payroll and processing workers compensation claims - Processing new hires and employee status changes - Monitoring work status reports - Administrative duties such as filing, phone/e-mail communication, and faxing - Ensuring workplace safety compliance If you have the 1+ years as an HR Assistant, please apply online at or call Jared Williams at 541.345-9931

Job Requirements
