Office Team has currently working with an innovative company in Foothill Ranch that is in need of an Administrative Assistant with accurate Data Entry skills. The Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in the success of this company that makes a direct impact in our world today. The duties of the Administrative Assistant will include: -Providing backup reception support -Answer and direct calls -Sort and distribute mail -Order office supplies -Perform accurate data entry -Enter information -Scan and electronically file documents

Job Requirements
