Compensation: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour

OfficeTeam is currently looking for a TEMPORARY Executive Assistant/ Business Manager for a non-profit organization located in downtown Denver. This TEMPORARY Executive Assistant/ Business Manager will be responsible for supporting the Executive Director with calendar management, travel coordination, working with high-profile donors and board of directors, greet visitors, answer phones, and enter vendor files in QuickBooks. This TEMPORARY Executive Assistant/ Business Manager role will start ASAP (no later than August 28th) and continue until the client fills the position. This individual can be considered for the full-time role as well, but there is no guaranty. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. The ideal TEMPORARY Executive Assistant/ Business manager will have 3+ years of professional experience working as an executive assistant or administrative assistant, has supported high-level leadership individuals, strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), knowledge of QuickBooks, and can work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
