Compensation: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour

A large well known organization in the western Columbus area, is currently looking for a Human Resources Assistant to add to their growing team. This position will have a high level of exposure as you will be working closely with the Sr. Leadership team on specific administrative duties. This is temporary to full-time, and will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Prior experience in Human Resources is required. Responsibilities: This position will primarily be dedicated to providing support to company executives/senior management and their respective teams. The HR administrative assistant will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including coordinating meetings, events, and travel, answering phones, distributing and preparing mail, coordinating facilities requests and other projects as assigned. This position will join an administrative team dedicated to providing first-class administrative support firm-wide. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of responsibility, accountability, and confidentiality. In addition, they will display professionalism, confident attitude, be a team-player, have demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, and flexibility to adhere to the evolving needs of the organization. #149; Provide comprehensive Microsoft Outlook calendar management involving highly complex scheduling. #149; Assist with meeting preparation to include agendas, printing of materials, food/beverage coordination, conference/videoconference set-up, and follow-ups post meeting. #149; Provide assistance with presentation and slide decks utilizing strong Microsoft PowerPoint Skills. #149; Prepare meeting agendas and task lists for follow up. #149; Manage extensive travel arrangements, connecting with local offices as needed. #149; Prepare and manage expense reports on a monthly basis utilizing Concur. #149; Ensure constant phone coverage serving as first point of contact and back-up to receptionist as needed. #149; Assist with the coordination of company events, including Board meetings and management off-sites. #149; Communicate and coordinate with administrative team members to ensure seamless support at all times. #149; Coordinate with team to ensure adequate supply levels are maintained in the office. #149; Assist in maintaining relationships with vendors, building management, etc. #149; Handle personal requests as needed, often coordinating with Personal Assistant. #149; Assist with other projects as needed. Job Requirements

Bachelor #146;s Degree or equivalent experience preferred. #149; Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Sharepoint (preferred). #149; Ability to maintain the highest ethical, confidentiality and detail oriented standards at all times. #149; Communicate professionally with internal and external investors, visitors, and guests. #149; Excellent written and verbal communication skills. #149; Ability to remain flexible and respond quickly and efficiently to changing needs of the team. #149; Must have extreme attention to detail. #149; Superior organization skills with the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks. #149; Experience assisting with travel arrangements. #149; Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
