We currently have a great opportunity for a skilled Human Resources Assistant in a large retail company recently listed on the Business Journal's "2007 Best Places to Work" list. In this role, you will perform basic administrative assistant duties, as well as research the Internet to locate potential job candidates, assist with planning new employee orientation meetings and maintain employee database records. This position has competitive pay and offers a matching 401(k).

Job Requirements

Human Resource Assistants interested in applying for this position should have at least one year of related HR experience, in addition to a demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, excellent communication and organizational skills are highly preferred.
