Compensation: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour

OfficeTeam is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a very successful Davenport law office. This Administrative Professional will be assisting a Partner in all aspects of their work. This Administrative Assistant will act as a research assistant, administrative secretary, and drafting/dictation associate. You will also be responsible for managing the office calendar, fielding phone calls, updating and editing client files accurately, as well as supporting the office with all other tasks as needed. A high level of professionalism, organization, attention to detail, and go getter attitude is required! A candidate whom has 3+ years of experience in a Legal office setting, as well as a typing speed of 65 WPM or more is required. Legal terminology knowledge and educational training is highly preferred but not entirely required. All serious applicants inquire urgently.

Job Requirements

3+ years of Administrative experience, preferably in the legal field Types 65+ wpm, 6000+ KPH MS Office Suite Proficiency Ability to work in a fast paced environment
